Bookings

All trip bookings are confirmed via direct communication (phone, WhatsApp or email) with our team after an enquiry is submitted through this website. This website does not process online payments or hold live seat inventory — availability and pricing are confirmed manually for every enquiry.

Pricing

Prices listed on trip pages are starting prices per person and may vary based on group size, season, accommodation type and add-ons such as helicopter services. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before booking.

Traveler Responsibility

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet the fitness requirements of their chosen trek or yatra, carrying valid identification, and disclosing any medical conditions relevant to high-altitude travel.

Changes to Itinerary

Itineraries may change due to weather, road conditions, or local authority restrictions, particularly in high-altitude and pilgrimage routes. We will make reasonable efforts to inform travelers of any changes as early as possible.

Liability

Mountain Mavericks takes reasonable care to ensure traveler safety but is not liable for delays, losses or injuries arising from circumstances beyond our control, including weather, natural disasters, or third-party service providers.
